1. What is a Infinitas Cloud plan?
Ā Ā The Infinitas Cloud Plan is an ultra-long cloud plan, which can be used and be transferred unlimitedly under your account as long as you use Blurams camera. Also, you will get additional VIP rewards, such as VIP cloud icon, half-year extended warranty, etc.

2. I have an auto-renew plan now, can I still subscribe to the Infinitas Cloud Plan?
Ā Ā Yes, and you can cancel the current plan in case of unnecessary deduction.

3.Is it refundable?
Ā Ā Normally the digital service can't get a refund. If you want a refund due to service or camera problem, please email to support@blurams.com. We will help to solve the issue and negotiate on the refund issue.

4.Will the Infinitas Cloud Plan be available in the future?
Ā Ā The Infinitas Cloud Plan is a limited time offer and we rarely release it. So if you are in sustaining need of cloud service, the earlier you buy it, the more cost-efficient it will be.

-Service Restrictions-
Ā Ā 1. After purchasing the Infinitas Cloud Plan, you can select one of the cameras under your account to associate with it. One plan can only be associated with one camera at the same time, but it can be transferred between the cameras under the account without limited times.

Ā Ā 2. The service of the lnfinitas Cloud Plan are only available for the purchase account and cannot be transferred to other accounts.

Ā Ā 3. The [unlimited] period of the Infinitas Cloud Plan refers to that user can continuously use the cloud service during using the blurams camera and the company is in normal operation, as the following statements:
ā¢ If the user no longer continues to use the Blurams devices, the plan under the account will remain validated but cannot be returned or transferred.

ā¢ If the company can no longer provide cloud services to users due to company platform issues or business issues or other irresistible circum stances (such as war, government policy, company dissolving), the plan will automatically become invalid. At the same time, users can apply for a partial refund after discounting the monthly plan price of the cloud service. (Refundable amount = lnfinitas Cloud Plan full price - Months that the service has been used * monthly plan price of the service, in which incomplete months are flattened to 30 days for conversion. The price of a 7-day monthly plan is 4.99 USD per month; the price of a 30-day monthly plan is US$14.99 per month.)

4. Cloud service may be suspended temporarily, without notice, for security reasons, network insta bility, user location, user shutting down the device, systems failure, maintenance and repair, or other irresistible circumstances (such as war, government policy, company dissolving). Users who have acti vated the service shall know the above risks. Blurams does not offer any specific uptime guaran tee for the services.

5. Accounts that pay in full payment will enjoy unlimit ed-time cloud service protection; but those in installments can enjoy lifetime cloud services only after the full amount is actually paid. During the period, the installment will be interrupted and the subscription will be cancelled if there are continu ous unsuccessful auto-deduction. Then the follow ing fee will no longer be charged and the cloud service will no longer be available. If the deduction is interrupted due to other force majeure such as the payment platform, you can contact the after-sales consultation for a solution.

- Tipsļ¼The subscribed plan will directly go underĀ yourĀ account and it won't be activated until you associate it to your camera manually. So you can activate this plan after the current using plan expires in the Blurams app ćMe]ć-> ćManage Plansć ->ćBluramsGuard Planć.The cloud service can not be refundable or exchangeable.
